We do support Chromebook! All you need to do to access the app using a Chromebook is visit
https://www.pianomarvel.com using Google Chrome and login using your account information. There is no plugin required with a Chromebook, although we do highly recommend making sure you are using the most updated version of Google Chrome. You can check to see if your keyboard is properly connected by clicking the Menu in the top left and selecting 'Instrument Settings'. If your keyboard is not connecting correctly, please try the following steps:
1. Open Google Chrome -> Open the menu (Three dots in the upper right corner of the browser) -> Select Settings
2. Once in Settings, open Privacy and security
3. Select Site Settings
4. Under Permissions, select "Additional Permissions" to see more options
5. Select "MIDI Device Control & Reprogram"
6. Ensure the bubble next to 'Sites can ask to control and reprogram your MIDI devices' is filled in. If it isn't, click it to change the setting.
7. Once the MIDI permissions are updated, exit out of settings, close and reopen Google Chrome, log into your account, and check Instrument Settings.
