If you would like to set up a recurring Monthly or Annual subscription, which will automatically renew to maintain your Premium access, please follow these steps:
1. Login to your account via web browser app using the credentials you normally use to access your account.
2. Click your name in the upper right corner, followed by My Account. Alternatively, click the Upgrade Now button on the popup that appears.
3. From the My Account screen, click on the Billing tab, found on the left side of the page.
4. Click Upgrade and select Monthly or Annual then enter your billing information.
5. Click Update Billing Information to process your transaction and begin your Premium subscription!
You can also use this same process to switch from a Monthly subscription to an Annual subscription. Follow the steps as listed above. Once you click Update Billing Information under your new subscription type, it will switch the subscription, and will renew in that manner at your next renewal date. For example, if you are switching from a Monthly subscription to an Annual one, your Annual subscription will process at the next date when your Monthly subscription would normally have renewed. You can check which type of subscription you currently have as well as your expiration or renewal date in the Billing screen.
If you would like to set up a non-recurring Premium subscription using a subscription code, which will let your account revert to Free once it expires, please follow these steps:
1. Obtain a subscription code. This can be done either by purchasing a physical gift card (carried by some college book stores or music stores) or by visiting
https://store.pianomarvel.com and purchasing your code there. This code will arrive via email at the email address entered during checkout once your transaction has completed processing.
2. Follow steps 1 through 3 in the previous section.
3. In the Billing tab, click Enter Subscription Code.
4. Enter your subscription code into the space provided then click Update Billing Information. Please note that it must be an exact match with no spaces before or after the code.
Note that these options are only available when upgrading via the web browser app. If you wish to upgrade your subscription via the iOS app, the process will vary slightly, as your subscription will process via Apple Pay. We do not currently support upgrading directly via the Android app, you will need to login to your account via the web browser app in order to access your Premium subscription on Android. Please note that the Premium subscription is tied to your account and not the device, so no matter what device you are using Piano Marvel on, once you are upgraded to Premium you will be able to access Premium content on that device through your account.
