Press a key on your keyboard.

π Step 1 β Check Your Volume

Turn up your computer volume
-
Turn up Piano Marvel volume (Mixer in the lower right corner of a lesson)

Make sure your keyboard volume isnβt muted (if using onboard sound)
β οΈ Common mistakes:

System volume muted

Output set to 0%
-
Headphones plugged in but not worn

Still no sound? β Continue
π§ Step 2 β Check Your Audio Output Device
Your sound may be going to the wrong place.
On Windows:

Right-click sound icon β Open Sound Settings

Check Output Device
On Mac:

System Settings β Sound β Output
π Make sure the correct device is selected:

Speakers

Headphones
-
Audio interface

Sound going to HDMI monitor or inactive device

Piano Marvel runs in your browser.
Make sure:

The tab is NOT muted

Browser volume is allowed
In Chrome:

Right-click tab β make sure βMute Siteβ is NOT selected

π Step 4 β Restart Audio Chain

Close Piano Marvel tab

Fully close your browser

Reopen browser

Reload Piano Marvel

Some keyboards:

Have internal sounds turned off

Are set to MIDI-only mode

Turning up keyboard volume

Switching to a piano voice
