👉 Confirm:

• Notes register correctly
• Sound works
• Timing feels normal

⚠️ If anything is not working:

Fix it first:

• Keyboard issues → Keyboard Not Detected (Web App / iPhone & iPad App)
• No sound → No Sound (Web App / iPhone & iPad App)
• Timing off → Timing / Latency (Web App / iPhone & iPad App)

👤 Step 2 — Use the Right Account

👉 This is critical:

Each login method creates a separate account

• Email + Password
• Google
• Facebook
• Apple

⚠️ Common mistake:

• Signing up one way, then upgrading another

• Progress and subscription appear “missing”

• Cannot be refunded by Piano Marvel

• These systems do NOT sync automatically
  
• Subscription codes can be applied to website subscriptions but not to iOS subscriptions

• Full access to all content in Lessons and Library

• Uploading & Sharing songs
  
• Great for learning piano, improving sight-reading, taking full advantage of Piano Marvel

💰 Step 5 — Understand Billing

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled
• Canceling stops future charges
  
• Subscription codes run their duration, then account reverts to Free
