🚨 Critical Rule

👉 Each login method creates a separate account

  • Email + Password
  • Continue with Google
  • Continue with Facebook
  • Continue with Apple

➡️ These are NOT linked automatically
➡️ Even if the email is the same

⚠️ What This Means

If you:

  • Sign up with Google
  • Then later log in with Email/Password

👉 You now have two different accounts

🚨 Important Limitations

  • Accounts cannot be merged
  • Progress cannot be transferred
  • Subscriptions stay with the account they were purchased on

🔍 Common Problem

❌ “My progress / subscription is gone”

👉 This almost always means:

You logged into a different account

✅ Fix

Try logging in using the method you originally used:

  • Try Email + Password
  • Try Google
  • Try Facebook
  • Try Apple

👉 One of them will have your progress

  • Always use the same login method
  • Do not switch between Google / Apple / Email randomly
  • Save your login info
