👉 Your progress is almost never lost.

👉 You are almost certainly logged into the wrong account.


🔍 Why This Happens

Piano Marvel creates a separate account for each login method:

  • Email + Password
  • Continue with Google
  • Continue with Facebook
  • Continue with Apple

👉 Even if the email is the same
👉 These are different accounts


✅ Fix (Try This First)

Log out, then try logging back in using:

  • Email + Password
  • Google
  • Facebook
  • Apple

👉 One of these will have:

  • Your progress
  • Your subscription

💳 If Your Subscription Is Missing

👉 Same issue:

  • You upgraded a different account

Fix:

  • Log in using the method you used when you upgraded

⚠️ Important

  • Accounts cannot be merged
  • Progress cannot be transferred
  • Subscriptions stay on the account they were purchased on
