Multiple Accounts (How It Works)

Multiple Accounts (How It Works)

👥 Multiple Accounts (How It Works)

Important

  • One account = one user
  • No multiple profiles under a single account

Why?

Each account tracks:

  • Progress
  • Scores
  • Subscription access

👨‍👩‍👧 Family / Multiple Users

Option 1 — Separate Accounts (Most Common)

  • Each person creates their own account
  • Each has their own progress
  • Each has their own recurring Monthly or Annual subscription if desired

From the Piano Marvel Store:

  • Buy multiple codes
  • Give one code per user
  • Each user redeems on their own account

👉 Best for:

  • Families
  • Small groups

🏫 Studios & Schools (10+ Users)

Parent Accounts

  • Manage and create multiple student accounts
  • Centralized control over all subscriptions and accounts
  • Very flexible, can add or remove Premium from students as needed
  • Usually billed monthly, requires initial setup but easy to use once created

Bulk Codes

  1. Purchase multiple subscription codes to suit your needs
  2. Quantities of codes and their durations can be tailored beyond what the store offers
  3. Students must create their own accounts then apply the code
  4. Once codes are applied to accounts, Premium cannot be removed, will run its duration
  5. Great for offering to students who need a specific duration of Premium access

To get started:

  • Contact Piano Marvel
  • Request a quote
  • Include current number of students, your role in the organization, and any other details

⚠️ Important Notes

Emails are not strictly enforced

👉 This means:

  • It’s easy to accidentally create multiple accounts
  • Login method matters more than email

💳 Subscriptions & Accounts

  • Subscriptions belong to one account only
  • If you switch accounts:
    • Your subscription will NOT follow
  • If you switch devices:
    • You MUST use the same login credentials and method
    • You CAN use your subscription across multiple devices (even simultaneously)

❌ Common Issue

“I upgraded, but nothing changed”

👉 Causes:

  • Upgrade was applied to a different account
  • Subscription code was purchased but not applied to account
  • Apple Pay subscriptions can become confused with multiple accounts on one device

✅ Fixes

  1. Log into the account that was upgraded (verify your login method)
  2. Check your email for a subscription code then follow the instructions to apply it to your account
  3. Verify that you do not have multiple accounts on your iOS app

🎯 If You’re Not Sure What Happened

Try all likely login methods:

  • Email + Password
  • Google
  • Facebook
  • Apple

👉 Look for:

  • Your progress
  • Your subscription access

🎯 If You Still Need Help

Include:

  • Email(s) used
  • Login method(s) tried
  • What you expected vs what you see
