👤 Create an Account (Free vs Premium Explained)

🚀 Step 1 — Go to Sign Up

• Visit Piano Marvel 
• Click Create Free Account

✍️ Step 2 — Enter Your Information

• First & Last Name
• Email address
  
• Password

Click Create Account

1. You'll be asked if you are learning with a teacher
   
2. This will give you the option to immediately link your account as their student
   

🌐 Step 2.5 — Alternate Logins

1. You can also create your account using Continue with Google, Continue with Facebook, or Continue with Apple
   
2. You will use the email/Apple ID and password associated with that account to login
   
1. Piano Marvel will not be able to reset your password, you will need to go through the appropriate service for that account
   
2. You will need to use the same login method every time to access your account

📧 Step 3 — Verify Your Email (Optional)

• Check your inbox
• Click the verification link

👉 If you don’t see it:

• Check spam/junk folder
• Wait a minute and refresh

🎯 Step 4 — Log In

• Return to Piano Marvel
• Log in with your email and password

🆓 Free vs 💳 Premium (Important)

🆓 Free Account

You can:

• Access the first level of Method and Technique lessons
  
• Play the unlicensed Library content
  
• Attempt up to 3 SASR tests
• Try core features
• Test your setup

👉 Best for:

• Trying the app
• Making sure your keyboard works

💳 Premium Account

You get:

• Full access to all lessons
• Full song library
• Unlimited SASR testing
  
• Uploading & Sharing songs

👉 Best for:

• Actually learning and progressing

⚠️ Key Difference

• Free = Limited access
• Premium = full program

💡 When Should You Upgrade?

Upgrade when:

• Your keyboard is working correctly
• You’ve completed a few lessons
• You want full access to content

👉 Don’t upgrade before confirming your setup works

💳 How to Upgrade (Read This First!)

1. After logging in, click Upgrade to Premium in the popup
   
2. Select Monthly or Annual
   
3. Enter your payment information
   
4. Click Update Billing Information
   
5. This will process your transaction and begin your subscription

⚠️ Common Issues

❌ Didn’t receive verification email

• Check spam folder
• Wait 1–2 minutes
• Try resending

❌ Can’t log in after creating account

• Make sure email is verified
• Check for typos
• Reset password if needed

❌ Accidentally created multiple accounts
