📩 How to Request a Refund

Contact Piano Marvel support
Include:

Email used for the account (Or Account Code from the My Account page)

Purchase type (Monthly / Annual / Code)

Approximate purchase date
- Once your request is received and reviewed, refund may be processed if approved
- Refunds may take up to 5-10 business days to process
🍎 iOS (Apple) Purchases
⚠️ Important
Piano Marvel cannot issue refunds for Apple subscriptions
Why?

Apple controls all billing for iOS purchases

Piano Marvel does not have access to those transactions
📩 How to Request a Refund (Apple)

Go to Apple’s refund request page

Log in with your Apple ID

Tap or click "I'd like to," then choose "Request a refund."

Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next.
- Choose the Piano Marvel subscription then choose Submit.

Apple decides whether to approve refunds (May take 24-48 hrs)

Approval is not guaranteed

Piano Marvel support cannot override Apple’s decision
🔄 Canceling vs Refunds (Important Distinction)
Canceling a subscription:

Stops future charges

Does NOT refund past payments

Returns money (if eligible)

Only available within policy limits

❌ “I canceled, why wasn’t I refunded?”

Canceling stops renewal—it does NOT issue refunds
❌ “I want a refund but I used iOS”

Must go through Apple
