👉 Canceling a subscription:

  • Stops future charges
  • Does NOT refund past payments

🎯 Step 1 — Identify Your Subscription Type

👉 How did you subscribe?

  • Website (Monthly or Annual) → Section 1
  • iOS (Apple) → Section 2
  • Subscription Code → Section 3

💻 Section 1 — Website Subscriptions (Monthly / Annual)

✅ How to Cancel

  1. Click your name
  2. Go to My Account → Billing
  3. Click Cancel Subscription

What Happens Next

  • Your subscription remains active
  • Access continues until the end of the current billing period
  • No further charges will occur


🍎 Section 2 — iOS (Apple Subscriptions)

⚠️ Important

👉 Must be canceled through Apple


How to Cancel

  • Open your device Settings
  • Go to Subscriptions
  • Select Piano Marvel
  • Cancel subscription

⚠️ Notes

  • Piano Marvel cannot cancel Apple subscriptions
  • You must manage it through Apple

⚠️ Important

👉 Codes do NOT auto-renew
👉 There is nothing to cancel


How They Work

  • Codes run until their time expires
  • Then the account returns to Free

👉 Contact support

  • Remaining time can be converted into a new code


⚠️ Common Issues

❌ “I canceled but still have access”

  • This is expected
  • Access continues until the end of your billing period

❌ “I canceled but was still charged”

  • Likely canceled after the renewal date

❌ “I can’t cancel in the app”

  • Website subscriptions → cancel on web
  • iOS subscriptions → cancel through Apple

❌ “I want to cancel a code”

  • Codes do not renew and cannot be canceled

🎯 Best Practice

👉 Do this:

  • Cancel at least a few days before renewal
  • Verify cancellation in your account or Apple settings
