🚨 What Is a Subscription Code?

👉 A subscription code adds Premium access time to your account.

• No auto-renewal
• No recurring billing
• One-time use per code

🛒 Where to Get Codes

You can get subscription codes from:

• The Piano Marvel store
• Your teacher (in some cases)

👉 Codes are often used for:

• Gifts
• Families
  
• Teachers / studios
• Bulk purchases

🔑 How to Apply a Code

💻 Web Browser (Required)

👉 Codes must be applied on the web app

Option 1 — Upgrade Button (If account not Premium yet)

• Click Upgrade Now on the popup
• Enter your code

Option 2 — Account Settings

• Click your name
• Go to My Account → Billing
  
• Select Enter Subscription Code
• Enter your code then click Update Billing Information

⚠️ Important

👉 Codes cannot be applied in:

• iOS app
• Android app

👉 But once applied:

• Premium works on all devices

⏳ How Codes Work

✅ They do NOT expire

• You can save them and use them later

✅ Time starts when applied

• Not when purchased

✅ They add time to existing subscriptions

Example:

• You already have 2 months remaining
• Apply a code → time is added on top

👉 No time you already paid for is lost

🔄 Managing Your Subscription

✅ No auto-renewal

• Codes do NOT renew automatically
• When time runs out, access returns to Free

⏸️ Can be adjusted if needed

👉 If you need to pause:

• Contact support
• Remaining time can be converted into a new code

⚠️ Common Issues

❌ “My code didn’t work”

• Entered incorrectly
• Applied to a different account

👉 Fix:

• Double-check spelling
• Confirm correct account

❌ “I applied it but nothing changed”

• May already have active time

👉 Check:

• Your updated expiration date
